IRA Charitable Rollover
An IRA rollover allows donors 70 ½ or older to reduce their taxable income by making tax-fee charitable distributions directly from their IRAs.
You can contribute any amount up to $100,000 each year from your IRA – without having to pay income taxes on your withdrawals – by directing distributions to Historic Northampton or other qualified non-profits that are meaningful to you.
The distributions are not subject to federal income tax and allow you to satisfy all or part of your required minimum distribution.
